Everything was so perfect....the food,The service, ambience, music best anyone can have in such a budget...specially in chandigarh/Mohali where middle budget foods outlets are scarce...
Everything here is awesome such as price, quality of food, n' buffet is so cheap n' they have huge amount of variety in buffet menu. Sitting area is also clean n hygnic location is good and have good parking space.
Good food, but slow service... We visited there during lunch peak hours, but there was no risk.... Also there were a lot of flies, n untidyness.
We bought the donuts from them they were wrapped for a long time maybe there was a very unpleasant smell as well as the bread was slightly green inside.
Katani Dhaba: Out of stock on essentials, but fully stocked on disappointment! A Punjabi dhaba without hari mirch? That's like a cricket match without Virat Kohli--it just doesn't feel right! But apparently, at Katani Dhaba, hari mirch is an endangered species. When I asked, the waiter sheepishly informed me, "Sir, it's out of stock." Out of stock?! It's hari mirch, not caviar! You'd think a dhaba would have a lifetime supply of it. Compare that to places like Bittu Dhaba or the cozy little booths in Phase 5, where they'll pile on the mirch without you even asking. Those places serve joy on a plate, and at a price that doesn't make you double-check your wallet. Meanwhile, Katani seems more interested in playing five-star with its mandatory mineral water placement--because why not charge you for something easy to find, unlike their missing mirch? The food? Bland enough to make you nostalgic for anything else. The service? A confused circus. The onions in vinegar? A tragic afterthought. And the hari mirch? Well, it remains a legend Katani couldn't live up to. Verdict: Skip the hype, embrace the mirch elsewhere. At least Bittu Dhaba knows how to stock the basics!
One should never buy sweets from this shop. Bought half kg Pinnis however they all start smelling after reaching home. Food was also average with high amount of oil in sabzi. I have been to other Katani dhabas in Mohali and Chandigarh, Kharar dhaba of katani is not up to expectations like the other ones. We only got fooled by the name.
Food not good also service very poor
I purchased a cake for my son on his birthday celebration,but the cake was totally unfresh and smelly,please Don't purchase cake ever from here,worst money
