Food quality is very bad please don't get trapped into it Now I'm having diarrhea

Review for Uncle's Kitchen: I recently had a disappointing experience with Uncle's Kitchen, where I was promised an all-day breakfast with a variety of parathas (aloo, gobi, paneer, dal) and a daily changing dinner menu, with non-vegetarian dishes on weekends. The total charge was 1,500 for breakfast and 1,800 for dinner. Unfortunately, what was promised and what was delivered were completely different stories. The Reality: Breakfast:The parathas were replaced with oily rotis every single day. Not once was I served aloo, gobi, or paneer paratha as promised. Dinner: The dinner menu did not change as promised, and after one Sunday, I had to remind the kitchen to provide the non-vegetarian dishes. If I didn't remind them, they simply wouldn't serve it, claiming they "forgot," yet they always remembered when and how much I had to pay. Non-vegetarian Weekend Promise: After the first Sunday, I had to constantly remind them about the non-veg option, otherwise it wouldn't be served. This became a regular inconvenience, despite the fact that I had already paid for it. Payment Issues: The kitchen is prompt when it comes to money. There were no reminders or discussions about a "no refund" policy until after the payment was made. Once I raised complaints about the food quality and service, they were quick to point out that refunds were not possible. Unprofessional Attitude: When I finally complained about the food quality, the owner justified it by saying that since I'm from Bihar, that's why I'm facing issues with the food. Before payment, there were no problems with my background, but afterward, they used it as an excuse. Final Verdict: I cannot recommend Uncle's Kitchen to anyone. The service was poor, the food didn't match what was promised, and the attitude of the owner was unprofessional. If you're looking for a reliable place to dine, I suggest looking elsewhere. My experience with this tiffin services has been marred by not only subpar customer service but also shockingly disrespectful behavior from the service provider. Despite being a paying customer, I was met with nothing but hostility and personal attacks when I dared to express concerns about the food quality or requested modifications to my order. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the service provider resorted to using words like "selfish," "irresponsible," and "disrespectful" to describe me personally. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling deeply disappointed and disrespected. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism from any service provider. Unfortunately, This tiffin Service has failed to meet even the most basic standards of decency. Despite paying advance money for your tiffin service, I have repeatedly not received the promised number of tiffins as per our agreement. It has come to my attention that the same dishes are being served repeatedly, with little variation, every other day. As a customer, I appreciate variety and expect a diverse selection of meals from a tiffin service. However, the constant repetition of dishes has become tiresome and monotonous. When I raised this concern with your staff, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told that it is not our concern if you don't want the repeated meals. As a paying customer, it is incredibly disheartening to not receive the service that I have paid for. I rely on your tiffin service for my daily meals, and the consistent failure to deliver the agreed-upon number of tiffins has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my routine. I urge the management of Uncle's Kitchen Tiffin Services to take immediate action to address the behavior of their staff and implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this service to anyone.

The homemade taste of the food never makes me to Miss my home. I am CU's student and taking this tiffin service from last 6 months. Prices affordable for the students as well.

I was studying at Chandigarh University and taking tiffin services from this kitchen. The food is totally homemade, tasty and so hygienic plus the rates are so nominal. Who likes homemade and economic food must go with them.
