Aman Chicken

I recently visited Aman Chicken in Ludhiana after almost two years, but unfortunately, my experience this time was not up to their usual standards. It seems either the chef has changed or the cooking ingredients have been altered. The masala chicken, which is typically a standout dish, was just okay this time. Additionally, the portion of chicken was noticeably less than before. The lemon mushroom dish was also disappointing, as it was overly lemony, overwhelming the other flavors. Aman Chicken has always been one of the best places for chicken in Ludhiana, and I hope this was just an off day. I sincerely hope they make improvements soon to return to their previous high standards.

I am happy to write a five star review for Aman Chicken Ludhiana. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years and I can say that they serve the best chicken dishes in the city. Their food is always fresh, delicious, and satisfying. My favorite dish is their butter chicken, which is creamy, rich, and flavorful. The chicken pieces are tender and juicy, and the gravy is smooth and aromatic. I love to dip their soft and fluffy naan bread in the gravy and enjoy every bite. Their butter chicken is a must-try for anyone who loves Indian cuisine. Another dish that I highly recommend is their tandoori fish, which is marinated in spices and grilled to perfection. The fish is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and it melts in your mouth. The tandoori fish is served with mint chutney and onion rings, which add a refreshing touch to the dish. I also like to order their keema paratha, which is a stuffed flatbread with minced meat and spices. The paratha is flaky and crispy, and the keema is savory and spicy. The keema paratha is a great accompaniment to any of their curries or tandoori dishes. Aman Chicken Ludhiana is a great place to enjoy a meal with your family or friends. The service is fast and friendly, the ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the prices are reasonable. You will not regret visiting this restaurant and tasting their amazing food. Worst place to visit nowadays. Nobody cares to take orders. I think owners don't control anything. Sad.

Food was great. They have maintained the same taste as it was about 13 years back. I loved this pace. They have renovated the place and now looks good. Ambiance is clean in resturant but the washrooms were in very bad shape. Requesting owners to kindly look into the issue as this is a family resturant, so keep the washrooms separate for male and female and clean and hygienic. Rest my experience was awesome and I'll keep on visiting again and again. Value for money.

Worst restaurant owners ever! I myself own a restaurant and i do understand what customer service and priority is. The restaurant is running illegal, letting customers bring their own alcohol, and the owner itself was drinking at the cash counter. He was so egoistic I told the waiter and manager three times not to add ginger because I'm allergic, but they still did and charged me for the dish I couldn't eat. I came back after 2 years to try them but just to warn you all. They're not the same and they clearly can't run a restaurant and are taking it out on customers. Seriously, Baba's Chicken is way better than Aman's and it's just a street away. My worst experience ever.

I ordered 2 chicken biryani. What He sent was just a wastage. Could not eat. Aman chicken loosing its popularity in such competitive time.

Outstanding food Butter chicken , lemon chicken , chicken rara we tried. Lemon was tangy as expected but lil thick gravy would have been better
