Basant Platinum, Fine Dine Restaurant

We arranged a small event between two families, the food was amazing, actually really liked the idea of open roof space combining with basant's quality food. They(Basant) have Up the elegance since, added Fine dinning to their name.

Horrible is only word this place deserves...eat ready to cook packet pasta thats so much more tasty... I ordered red sauce pasta... Specifically call the manager which he was least bothered about did not even acknowledge just kept talking to someone on shop i had to disconnect call. i asked kitchen to make properly not bland... And they sent boiled coloured pasta with not even salt..only thing tasting is full of msg, azinomoto.. . This is second time happening now i will never order again... No one even listens to you or try to replace your order this Resturant like so many others is just going downhill....

I visited this place with my family on Dhanteras during daytime. Place was fully occupied for various parties and get together. Our table was also booked in advance so we had no issues with seating. We had a 5-course meal and everything was super tasty. Staff was very polite and patient. Everyone was capable of handling huge orders on a festive day. Despite high footfall, service was quick enough. There is ample parking space and shopping options around. Overall my experience was excellent and I would love to visit this place multiple times when I am in Ludhiana.

I was visited this place. Food quality is ok but service is very poor.

This place has a lot of people waiting to enter the dining area when we went to have dinner. They serve a lot of people at different floors of the building. The service is not quick and they just keep the dishes on the table and they do not serve the dish on your plate. The Kali mirch chicken served was not properly cooked.

The service was alright until we got to the ground floor where the ice cream section is. I was talking to the guy in the front with the turban and he was super rude. I JUST asked him a simple question and he replies to me like THAT? This is very unacceptable behaviour. That is no way to teach a costumer. It is super unprofessional. I think he should get some knowledge of how to respect costumer, he should get some knowledge from the waiters because their costumer service is brilliant unlike his.
