Castle's Barbeque - Ludhiana

Visited this outlet in Wave mall, Ordered chapati for a baby. Found bird feather in first bite. A big feather was there in second half chapati. Totally disappointed. They argued and not except the mistake. Very unhygienic place. Sharing rhe picture of chapati. Please dont visit.

*Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Place!* I visited this restaurant yesterday with a friend, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The food and service were subpar, and even the washroom facilities were in need of repair. The starters were particularly unimpressive, consisting of four lackluster items: 1. Paneer 2. Mushrooms (a measly four tiny pieces on a stick) 3. Uneven slices of pineapple marinated in red chili 4. Soya champ (tough and impossible to cut with a knife and fork) When we complained about the food, the staff promised to prepare fresh dishes within 15 minutes. However, the replacement starters were identical to the original ones, with only a slight improvement in quality. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with this restaurant and would not recommend wasting your time or money here. If possible, I'd give it less than one star.

APART FROM THE NICE ATMOSPHERE , SAD TO SAY THE FOOD AND SERVICE ARE NOT PAR WITH EVEN THE VERY BASIC OF RESTAURANTS AND EATERIES.. LACK OF SALT IN DAL AND PANEER MASALA TO OVER SALT IN BASIC ITEM LIKE DIM SUMS , COMING TO SUCH HORRIBLE PREPARATIONS OF EVEN THE BASIC OF BEVERAGES LIKE SANGRIA AND MOJITO... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD

Castles Barbecue Restaurant provides an average dining experience. While the food is decent, it falls short compared to BBQ Nation on several fronts. Service is satisfactory, and prices might sway some towards BBQ Nation. Use Dine out for good discounts. Overall, it's an okay option, but nothing remarkable to write home about.

Staff was really very friendly... Food quality is also very good... They also arrange complementary cake for birthday, anniversary.

Extremely disappointing experience at Castle's Barbeque, Ludhiana. The food quality was poor, and several items listed on the buffet menu were missing--especially in the dessert section. To make things worse, the staff uniforms were dirty, and there were insects on our table, which was very unhygienic. Service was unprofessional and careless--no one took ownership of complaints. We were shocked to find that they didn't even have cake boxes, which is basic, especially for people celebrating occasions. Overall, it felt like a completely mismanaged place, and definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend this to anyone looking for a decent buffet experience in Ludhiana.

Had dinner here today. The food quality was quite poor, definitely not up to the mark. However, the staff was polite and the service was decent, which helped a bit. One major downside -- the washroom was out of order, which was highly inconvenient. Overall, not a great experience.

Service was wrost . It took 20 to 25 mintues for each item that i ordered . Food was totally cold . I complained for minimum 7-8 times to the both managers that were present there at that brach . Still there was no improvement. At last even bread that I received for main course was undercooked . It was my anniversary today but completely spoiled . Visited first tym but it was a wrong decision. Completely disappointed
