Khan Chacha - Served Raw Chicken TWICE! Unbelievable! I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered a chicken roll from Khan Chacha, and to my horror, the chicken was completely raw--pink, chewy, and inedible. I immediately informed the staff, and they replaced it... only for the second roll to be just as raw! At this point, it was clear they have no quality control. How can a well-known restaurant serve uncooked chicken not once, but twice? This isn't just bad service--it's a serious health hazard. The staff didn't seem to care, and there was no real apology. I walked out disgusted and disappointed. If you value your health, STAY AWAY!
Store manager Md Zaki loves to serve his customers with daily doses of fresh food both veg and non veg. The location is accessible, parking free and adequate, ambience chirpy with caricatures on history of brand building, food standard & fresh (brought in daily) we were told, Taste is immaculate as should fresh food be, lots of choices in veg and non veg, and pocket friendly too considering the charges of the eateries in the neighbourhood. Even though the rolls are bite friendly, wrapped in a blissful fresh rumali roti yet seem thin as compared to others served in ludhiana. Lost a Star there. Would love to revisit...
