REBOOT By Bistro Flamme Bois - Pakhowal Road

I went to this beautiful place with family on a weekday afternoon. We reached a bit early for lunch so we occupied the seat of our choice. Ambience is very good. They have both indoor and outdoor space and interiors are beautiful. Management is very polite, and helped us with the food selection. Everything we ordered was super delicious and portion size was also appropriate. I really loved my time here. I would love to visit here again.

Everything was amazing, love the environment but was expecting a bit more from dessert. The way they described in menu, constructed green apple custard, it wasn't that good. Not worth the price. Deducting one star for that.

Bistro Flamme Bois has a super friendly vibe and the service is top-notch. The food was delish, especially the Hummus Pita and Cheese corn roll. And their mocktails and ice teas were on point too.

I just loved it for everything. Be it food which is delicious or the service quality that keeps you coming back over and over again. A soothing, quiet and comfortable dining with a retro themed ambience will automatically settle you in the premise to make you feel that you are at the right place. I have uploaded some photographs of the same as a reference. Coming on to the soul of the place 'Food'. It is just exquisite and served beautifully in the premium crockery for every dish. No matter what you order from that long & endless list of menus (and the sub categories of it). And last but not the least. A welcoming staff. To think about it, what good is a great food or a properly dressed dining if the ones that are serving you have wrinkles on their forehead. Nobody likes a frowny face, even the ones who are making it. The faculty is very welcoming and eager to cater to your needs all the time. It just makes you feel that you will be well attended to and well taken care of, if not more. My verdict?? I guess we all know that by now. Lol. Do pay a visit whenever you are in the city or around it. You won't regret it.

Terrible experience ever The service was beyond terrible--rude staff, slow service, and a complete lack of professionalism. We were ignored for ages, and when we finally got served, the attitude was shocking. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here. If you're looking for a place that actually cares about its customers, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Total waste of time and money. This keeps it harsh but still professional enough to be taken seriously.

The restaurant offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The place is very nicely maintained and is excellent for small gathering. They offer coal fire which make seating outside comfortable. Food offered is delicious. Loved it.
