Ghatia, 3rd Class. Pathetic service. Staff seems like chownk labour. Not hotel, you are obliged, if stayed there. It's not hotel. Washrooms Not Cleaned, , No water. No Service too. Water leakage.
I stayed there on 7.1.23 for one night as there was a function there. The rooms of this pathetic hotel are not liveable. There is no water in the washrooms. Even for toilet I have to ask the reception to atleast give me a bucket of water. Some of the washrooms were leaking whole night without there being anyone to attend the request. No soap in washroom, no water bottle provided in the room, even some of the lights were not working. Walls of the rooms are smelling due to seapage. I would say authorities should take action against the hotel owner for charging money and naming such place as hotel where customers are harassed. This hotel should be shut down by the govt authorities.
Cozy and big rooms, comfortable stay. Hotel staff is very polite and quick services are provided. Cleanliness is good, however found mosquitoes in one of the room. They immediately changed my room on request.
All food so good .i am fan sffron hotel green sos is so so so good nd tasty yummy all.
Entered with family of 8 members in the restaurant at 7.55 PM. Ordered Veg. Noodles and Manchurian at 8.00 Pm. It's 8.34 and still waiting for order to be delivered. And no other customers are present. Why so much delay? At last the order was delivered at 8.40 PM. Manchurian was OK. But Noodles were a disaster. Then we decided not to dine at this restaurant, paid Rs. 680/- for the two dishes and left with a resolution not to visit this restaurant ever in future.
This is amazing hotel in machhiwara
Nice ambience. You can celebrate kitty parties, birthday parties, small family occasions here. Interior is modern. Fully centrally air conditioned.
