Setia Hotel Bar & Rooms

This hotel has won my heart. Its service is very fast. And the employees here work very quickly. The room service here is very good. This is a great hotel for Unmarried couple's. From now on I have decided that if I go for a trip again, I will stay here only.

Worse quality food , poor cleanness, malout has much better options.

Fraud, Begger, and Cheater - Stay away from them for any Hotel booking or Party Booking This was previously a DHABA that now turns into a restaurant but they don't meet any criteria of hotel and standard and you can say it is not a single-star hotel. We have booked a party here. At the time of booking, they are polite but at the function day they start making accuses to do the things which are agreed at the time of booking. Headcount - They always do fraud while doing headcount/per plate system. They don't have any system and they always said 10-20% more headcounts which comes during the event. Waiters/managers/owners: Waiters are like beggars. They are unprofessional. They only wear the dresses when I asked them to wear the full dresses. The managers started making accusations that dresses are not available. After saying multiple times, they wear the dresses. They got the tip from the relatives and if you book a booking here, multiple waiters stand near to your table and you can't eat freely. The managers have no control over them and he is one of the biggest fraudsters in this DHABA/HOTEL. The owner Raman Setia is a nice person but the manager can shut down their Hotel Dream anytime from DHABA. Food Quality: Food quality is OK but doesn't meet the standard of any Hotel. Too much Oily food can sick you anytime the next day. Overall, they should keep it as DHABA not as a hotel due to lack of professionalism, hotel standards. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this DHABA/HOTEL for any type of Engagement ceremony, Parties.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are new and clean. All service available such as resturant and bar. Drought bear also available. All ok but food taste is little bit down. It situated on malout to Mukatsar Sahib road.
