I had a very disappointing experience at Bansi Dhaba recently. We went there for dinner, and the atmosphere was unpleasant from the start. There were a group of individuals at a nearby table using extremely abusive language and shouting loudly. It was not just disturbing, but outright disrespectful. When my father politely asked them to stop using such language, they rudely told us to leave.What was even more concerning was that none of the hotel staff intervened or addressed the situation. It was very unsettling, and it felt like they didn't care about customer comfort or safety.

Most spicy, same curry. No preparation as per order
They serve the leftover food from other tables the tub with daal in it had old dried daal on it on the sides and rice and some other veg stuck at the bottom. When we complained the owner was very rude. Unfortunately the services have deteriorated a lot! Highly NOT recommended.
