The Gray House

First time I visit this place. The ambience is good. Table and blankets was dirty. Washroom was not clean, even in washroom the dustbin was not there. At morning my father asked for breakfast but they take to much time to serve it when my father asked him for once again then he give him breakfast. Staff was good. I order sandwich which is good.

I landed to this place from the reference from one of my friend. Went to celebrate my husband's birthday . The arrangements were simply awesome . The decor for candle light dinner with soft music was so good .The room decor was exactly the way I had requested. Coming to the food , the mocktail was quite refreshing . The taste of all the snacks were good . The staff also was very good and polite . The black forest ice cream cake was also very yummy . Overall , i was satisfied with services . Kudos to all for this . Keep doing the good work and all the best . Will surely recommend to ppl .

Hotel was fine. The room was big enough atleast for the Premium category. Staff was courteous and helpful. The few issues that i faced: 1) we had booked 2 premium rooms but they had only 1 available and hence we had to switch 1 to the lower category 2) wifi was not working in the room and never did even after complaining multiple times 3) Bedsheet was dirty and i had to request to replace it 4) tv was also not working initially as the TV pack had expired and was reactivated only on request 5) No electric kettle in the room

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DON'T GO HERE FOR PARTIES The staff was constantly watching the hall using camera and intervening after every 5 minutes. Don't do this don't do that. No privacy here. They only have a single speaker which has very low sound with no bass. Very aggresive behaviour to couples. Constant monitoring and sarcastic taunts. They even added a 300 rs. Bill for laundry because we threw a pillow on the ground. The food was good.

Best cafe style food with fine dine presentation in malout. Taste of most dishes is the best in malout. Parking space can be a bit of problem at certain times. The transparent view to the street though gives an airy feeling but is a drawback in terms of privacy. ( Improved by putting blinders ) Ambience and service are nice. Food taste and quality is good.

service is good but behaviour is bad

Me and some of my friends went here today. This place remains very nice. Everything is available here.Everything was very beautifully presented! The food was delicious but a bit expensive.However everything was great and we really enjoyed it.So,5 stars from side..

I had pizza, paneer tikka and latte coffee.I m very dissapointed. Used ready base for pizza and very cheap quality sticky cheese. Tikka's marination was not done properly. And latte was took strong and bitter. Very dissapointed
