Service is very slow because of less staff, food quality is good, sometimes problem in drinks (coffee, mojito) etc. then no replacement. Overall good to go. They need to work on self behaviour first.
Food quality is great but the atmosphere is not too good.I observed that chai sutta franchise in other cities give vibe of cafe due to small area.
Staf is very rude and un discipline. 1.The food was totally bad 2.no taste
Place is good But staff is very bad , specially manager Mr. Anmol , customer dealing is not good , using very roughly language to communicate with valuable clients ,
Chai was good but the pizza they served was soiled and we hardly ate a bite ....they didn't resolved the issue and also paid the whole bill.
Chai sutta bar staff is friendly and polite and taste of food is also good overall chai sutta bar mansa is fantastic
Great ambiance,food is good.tea are best..go for Rose tea awesome .
Chah Or tea is flavored one with addition of flavors. Food is at par with other food joints. Ambience is just ordinary.
