Disappointing experience! The veg pulao was overly oily and tasted like leftover rice from the previous day. When we ordered Amritsari kulcha, we received paneer kulcha instead, without any cholle or gravy. It didn't match the authentic taste we're used to in Chandigarh. The staff seemed unresponsive when I brought this to their attention. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was a waste of money and not great for our health either.

Sagar Ratna at this location doesn't meet any basic expectations, services are very lame, they don't basic courtesy to at least serve a glass of water to incoming guests; they don't even serve your full order as staff is busy here and there, Half of their menu items are not even available and definitely prices are very high, Use this if emergency; else KGC & Burger King are also in the same premises.

Monika Was an amazing host. She made sure that everything is as per our needs and helped us with quick extraordinary service. Food was good. Will come back again. Highly recommended.
