Came here for dinner and the restaurant was very clean with excellent service from the staff. The food was fantastic and loved everything I eat. I would recommend it and would come back again.

I visited Gopal Restaurant for dinner and had a terrible experience. I found a hair in my chapati, which is completely unacceptable. When I informed the staff, instead of taking responsibility, they casually responded with, "This can happen, sir. It's not our fault," and refused to replace the dish. To make matters worse, they still charged me for it. This kind of attitude towards hygiene and customer satisfaction is shocking. The restaurant also lacks proper cleanliness measures, making me question the overall food safety. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values hygiene and good service.

Good food. Menu is full of all options. Enjoyed melting brownie, really remarkable Parking space is good. Ambience is very good. Washroom is very small as compare to sitting capacity. Overall good experience, better place for parties.

Food is very good but costly service is also good but there is unnecessary loud music . One place of dahi golgappa costs 130 which is very high

Dont expect brand like Gopal's to microvave shahi Jamun And malai paneer tikka not to be cooked on grill or tandoor Ramsons is better options for sweets

Very Great Service. Helpful behavior of Mr. Amit Kumar Yadav, He is Great at his job and doing excellent for customer experience.

Stale Golgappas. Not impressed with their customer service rep at checkout, their machine not working neither for card or for QR card, should have provided a better solution rather than just staring at my face.
