Really unsatisfied and unhappy with their service this time. I ordered chocolate cake a day before and next day they said there was not any order and they talked Disrespectfully.After some argument they ready to make it asap. When I received it was vanilla flavour as I paid for chocolate and the cake wasn't good at all. Worthless and wastage of money. Even we are their regular customer from so long but this time it was really disappointed. Never gonna take their service again .

Kumar bakery's staff was a really helpful even at the time of COVID when there was no zomato delivery .. they helped me deliver an anniversary cake in nawabshar.. thank you so much and it was beautiful cake .

From the last 5 years, I always prefer to order their cakes and other baked eatables on special occasions. Their customer service is 10 out of 10. No words for their food, literally mouthwatering & fresh. I always call them and they take my order on phone and not only this they provide delivery service as well on the same day . My daughter wanted to surprise her grandma with cake and flowers for her birthday. Looked up Kumar bakery online and ordered the cake for her. Being from Canada, didn't know much about the bakery. I had the best experience with Kumar Bakery. With only 1 day notice they were able to bake a cake similar to the vision we had with flowers and butterflies. They were also kind enough to arrange flowers as well and deliver it to her. It was delivered on time. Thank you for amazing customer service. I highly recommend Kumar Bakery for their customer service.
