Food Quality is very good. Service is slow. Keep it fast then it will be the amazing place to visit.

Service: It was an average experience. There was a large feast going on, so the manager was busy entertaining that group. We were attended by an intern manager and the experience interacting with him wasn't pleasant. I wanted to try their tandoori dishes, so a platter would be ideal, (since their name says "tandoori trail") but didn't want to eat dahi ke kebab or mushroom so asked him if he could replace those two with something else, but he said he can only customise one and not two, which was interesting that he chose to draw the line at one. When I asked why, he responded that it will be too complex an instruction for the chef (translated form of what he really said "khachad pachad ho jayega"). Based on the initial service experience, I decided to order main course right away to avoid having to wait in between the meal. The last of the order was a thali and we were kinda full before it came. IM asked if he can order the thali, but I requested him to cancel instead, given that he hadn't ordered it yet. He denied the request and said "cannot cancel" without giving a reason. So I asked them to bring it right away if it's ready or cancel if it's not. Here the main manager intervened and they handed me a thali the next minute. Food: Food was ok, dal makhani was really good, chana chaat was ordinary and hairyali paneer tikka was more like Elaichi Paneer. Ambience: lots of blue and pink. Has a big hall with no partition, ample seating space. Parking: On the road.

Food quality is great here in Nawanshahr city. Mr. Trilok Singh and other managers provide very good service.

Irresponsible staff# starters were served after main course even soup# totally ruined our birthday party. They actually deserve minus rating. Pathetic in food quality, service. Staff lacks sense of responsibility and maintaining decorum of the restaurant.

Very delicious food and hospitality of hotel Is very good. I was welcomed with complimentary hot and sour soup bowl with family last visited 15 days back.. But only disappointed of too late service.. Not too costly
