Anything was not available i asked for waffle it was not available, not the sundae, service was so bad i ordered sandwich, ice cream and mojito but they did said mojito was not in our order plus the ac were not working. Very bad experience

Nothing was available no waffles, no sundae
Basant has been a well known reputed Restaurant chain for decades. We expected a lot while visiting here this weekend but we were utterly disappointed with the experience today. The reason for the same is given below: 1- The service. It was very slow maybe just because it's a newly opened place. I observed there was only 1 person who was managing the orders of all the tables around and he was definitely a hard working guy but due to lack of staff it was very hectic to call him for our next order. 2- The food. In short The food was not worth it. We paid almost Rs.400/person and were not satisfied with the taste at all. The prices mentioned in the menu are definitely at the higher side if we compare with other Restaurants in Faridkot at present. There are many more options to visit with your Family that can give you a satisfactory Family Dinner. This Basant Outlet Really needs a lot of effort to have a neck to neck competition with other Restaurants in the city.
