Sambar texture is great but the taste is normal, nothing like a wow but thanks for not going to sweeter side. I tried rava dosa, that was also not that great. (Less crispy), but whoever is having a first time will be a great taste for them.

It is Better than sagar ratna from money and quality but I am a anddara person so I like it Edit: i ordered one plate of vada and the chutney was the worst of all. I never ate chutney tasting so bad , i would really recommend going to chandigarh for shiv kartik as it's better and cheaper then 20 sector. Its quality is declined so much that i would never go there.

The food is value for money and the service is also excellent. But I am waiting for them to shift into bigger premises. And though I am not a fan of their ambience their food wants me to go back to them again and again.. recommendation - you should try their dosa with desi ghee..

Good and tasty South Indian Food, service is a little slow and not always the same quality food but good option for South Indian Food,

If you are craving for authentic South Indian food then Shiv Karthik Restaurant in Sector 20 Panchkula is the place to go. It is situated opposite to Shiv Mandir in the market. Food is yummy & service is excellent. Good thing about this place is they have an open kitchen setup which increases the authenticity of he restaurant as you can see the preparation in front of you. The staff is well trained & hospitable. Jagdish is there star staff his photo is also published in review. Pongal a special South Indian dish is also available at this place on Sunday for breakfast. Besides this you can get North Indian food too. Prices are reasonable. They have partnered with online delivery services too. Location wise if you are travelling from Delhi to Shimla you can take a halt as they are 500 meters away from the highway. I know this place from 3 years or more I guess. I was hungry I saw this place and went to eat here.. it's a complete South Indian package. The owner is a South Indian itself .the food is so yum.. I love panner Dosa , masala Dosa and mix uttpam , chilli idli , sambar bada nd all. Just a list of my favorite things here.. I recently tried South thali . it's huge I couldn't not finish it . It's a much try though.. And I'm a big fan of lassi here . The interior is good .which was made 1 year ago . Must go place

Bakwaas food. Their quality has gone down a lot. It used to be good earlier. The vada that they served was cold as if they just got it from the fridge. And they said vasa garam nahin milega. And it wasn't late. This was around 1:30 in the afternoon. They serve stale food. The photo tagged is of the person who served us. He was very rude. Even when I told the wonder himself he just smiled and said he could do nothing. Why open a restaurant if you can't served hot food.

Dosa quality was not good as serving on steel plates and looks unhygienic to eat and also in the name of masala dosa only potato is filled in dosa
