Such a cheater store. I ordered cold cofffee from takeaway order which is supposed to be 350 ml. But they gave me coffee in small glass which is 33ml hot coffee cup. I told the girl that this is small glass but she had zero knowledge about her own restaurant where she works. She acted so stupid that I dont know the size of drinks bla bla bla. Please dont visit this restaurant. I highly recommend be alert if you visit here.

I recently visited Burger King with my friends, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast-food restaurant. We ordered three meals, and I specifically placed my order through the mobile app with clear instructions to remove tomatoes from one of my meals. How hard is that to follow??. Despite this, when the food arrived, guess what the tomatoes were there. I get it--we didn't realize the mistake until we were halfway through the burger. But as soon as we found out, we went to the manager to complain about it. Instead of apologizing first, the manager had the audacity to say, "Did you check the burger the moment you got it?" Excuse me? Is Burger King expecting us to inspect the food the second we receive it, just to make sure it's correct? He then went on to say we should have come to him before eating it. Come on! How were we supposed to know there would be tomatoes in the burger when we specifically asked them not to put it? When we found out, that's when we came to complain. Duh! The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was appalling. If your staff can't follow simple instructions or treat customers with respect, what's the point of even offering customization options? To top it off, I'll be attaching the manager's photo here so others know who to avoid. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I doubt I'll be coming back anytime soon.

The burgers were tasty, the best I ever had from burger King in this downtown outlet. It is good stopping point on the route towards mountains. It also has a charging point service where you can charge your mobile phones. The staff is helpful.

If you're looking for excellent service, ask for Simran--she won't disappoint!
