Hotel Venice

Poor food quality. Poor service. Poor washroom. Charging very high price according to the above mentioned facts. Behaviour of staff was not upto the mark.

They are good. Its not a hotel, more of a dine and sleep kind. The hospitality is good.

Breakfast Quality was very poor. Poha was hard dry. Aalu Bhaaji ( in Poori Aalu ) was dark black in color & horrible in taste. Pranthas were hard & over spicy.

One of the best hotels in the city.....according to me, only this hotel provides best environment to spend best family time. The staff is absolutely very active. The service too is very good. No matter how many other restaurants or hotels I visit, this is the only hotel which has a friendly environment. This hotel never fails to impress me by the taste of it's food. The rooms including the washrooms are properly cleaned. At the end, I would recommend you to visit this hotel. You'll not get disappointed, it's my guarantee.

The room has few lights. The staff were good and friendly. Hotel is budget friendly.

The hotel has spacious rooms, but it's an old hotel, the cost was a little high for the state of rooms and the bathroom, toilets are to be better maintained. I had a pleasant stay the service was excellent. The front desk was prompt in any request and the response time was good. Food quality needs a little improvement. Would recommend staying here when you visit Pathankot

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Hotel Venice. The experience was marred by a serious cleanliness issue that made the visit uncomfortable and unsettling. First, during dinner at the hotel's restaurant, I found a cockroach in my food. This not only ruined the meal but also raised concerns about the hygiene standards in the kitchen. I reported the issue to the staff, who were apologetic but offered no real remedy or compensation. Secondly, my room was infested with rats. I was shocked to discover one scurrying across the floor in the middle of the night. This was not only disturbing but also unacceptable for any establishment that claims to offer a comfortable and clean environment. Overall, my stay at Hotel Venice was far from satisfactory. The lack of attention to basic cleanliness and pest control seriously affected my experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on my recent experience.
