Pathetic Experience They've Issued two Numbers To Call But They Do Not Pick A Call On A Single Number Don't Know What The Staff Is Doing They Are Taking 1 Hour To Dispatch A Pizza ?

First of all the atmosphere is very unhygienic. And the staff is not experienced one . Every time new staff is there. And the quality day by day is decreasing. Yesterday 29/8/2023 I went for pizza with my family. I ordered pizzas . And from one of my pizza there was an insect inside which they baked inside the pizza. And there is so many flies in that hall. So i would seriously no one refer to go to this types of places. And even they charge me for that pizza from which I show them insect. So i would complaint also agianst them

Pizzas tastes good, ambience is super But they only have lot of onion and capsicum on the name of veggies in veg loaded garlic bread. No cheeze in it. Garlic bread is worst.

My Opinion has changed after a few recent visits especially on Wednesdays when Buy One, Get One offer is there. Quality of Pizza has gone down. Quantity of toppings has been reduced. They have started using Liquid Cheese kind of thing and reduced the use of Mozzarella Cheese to almost Zero. The Cheese threads which were a regular feature which picking up cheese slices are vanished. Obviously it's not possible with cheaper liquid cheese. The taste has gone down because of all this. I wonder if they serve same poor quality pizzas on other days as well when there's no Free offer... Latest experience was even worse. If you are expecting Cheese on your normal pizza on Wednesday under BOGO then forget Mozzarella completely as you'll find only Liquid Cheese that too minimal. If you complain, You'll be asked to add extra cheese in your order.

One of the worst pizza I had ever tasted ... Complete tasteless, very low quality cheese used. Their farm pizza definition is just some onion (very uneven chopped) very little capsicum and tomatoes and 2-3 small bits of mushroom. Medium pizza is 300 but actually as per taste and size, 150rs is still costly for it. It's the place that is not worth trying for second time. And main thing that I don't like it, they uses 2 litre cold drinks and serve in their glasses loose and don't uses any certified machine for cold drinks. Loose cold drinks have less carbonated and less tasty. They don't serve any branded packing cold drinks , like cans or bottles so they can charge extra for loose cold drink. Overall very bad experience and will not go for second time
