I wish I could give zero stars. Our family's experience at this hotel was utterly ruined by the appalling behavior of the receptionist. From the moment we arrived, it was clear something was off. They were disoriented, slurring their words, and frankly, smelled strongly of alcohol. Check-in was a chaotic mess, taking an absurdly long time as they fumbled with the writing and made nonsensical remarks. When we asked for a extra blanket for our room, we were met with rudeness and dismissive hand gestures. This individual was clearly intoxicated, and their unprofessional conduct was beyond unacceptable. He was loud, argumentative, and displayed a complete lack of respect for us as paying guests. To make matters worse, when we requested to refund our money the receptionist denied and told the money will not be refunded . This hotel clearly has a serious problem with its staff, and I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. That was around 1150 pm in the night and we left the hotel because of the behaviour of the receptionist who was intoxicated and arrogant, which caused my family suffer an ordeal experience.

Excellent clean rooms, well mannered and humble staff. Purely a pleasant stay. We (along with our pet ) stayed there for 3 days. Wide available parking and good place for the pet to carry out daily activity. The restaurant food was also very tasty.
