Amazing food, top of the class service, Head chef Rajinder Singh personally made sure that we liked the food. Moreover, every server was very polite, cooperative and professional. Highly recommended to anyone looking to enjoy buffet.
Staff is very good and polite. My attendant was Amrit and she is amazing with a very positive attitude and a pleased smile. I love overall service. All members of the team are amazing I would recommend you to go.
Very tasty food and service is great bets if you previously reserve the seat on weekends.
Firstly It was too hot i think ac was not working Secondly food quality was not upto mark..there was no buffet system it was like having food in some noal restaurant in which veg options r only dal makhni and kadai paneer But i must say one thing staff was of good behavior , polite buuttt Good and ambience was phathetic

Visited the Urban Estate outlet in Patiala yesterday and it was an absolute nightmare! The billing process was a complete disaster - slow, mismanaged, and handled by staff who clearly don't care about customers. Totally unprofessional! The food was below average, lacked freshness and taste. Most of the items were cold or overcooked. For a place that charges a premium, the quality was downright pathetic. Honestly, this place has gone downhill. Wasted my time, energy, and money. Never expected such poor service and food from a brand like Barbeque Nation. Not going back - and I strongly suggest others think twice before stepping into this outlet.
