Despite this, I had a good experience overall, especially with the variety and quality of the chaats and sweets.

These guys seriously don't know whats a Cappuccino and whats a Latte.....selling nescafe instant mixed with boiling milk as "Cappuccino"... couldn't get worse.....

Gopal sweets famous for sweets and chaat, We tried here jalebi, blue berry pastry, chur chur naan, ras malai, champgi rasgulla, amritsari kulcha, All are tasty, Prices are little high according to the taste

I went with my friends foodd was goodd specially the bhaturas and the choco chip pastry plus the golgappas dahi ones and water ones were also tasty but i will not advice ordering dosa until u like a sabut dhania hehe overall it was nice its a family resturant and have clean toilets

Gopal sweets is a nice place to dine out and to buy some sweets. Food quality is good, presentation of food is average. I always had great experience there. Chinese, snacks, south Indian. anything uh can order. Neat and clean. Sweets are really good in normal days but during Festivals quality of sweets reduces. But it's one of the best place in patiala for dinner or lunch. the staff of gopal sweets is very friendly.the ambience of this place is very calm and peaceful.it is good place to gave treats to your friends because it contains enough space.one can oraganise parties here.this hotel provides self service so customer has to take his order himself.and orders are processed in series for convenience of the customer.it is not expensive to eat here.it s specialty is that one can enjoy every type of food.it also offers special food for children. Gopal sweets have been in patiala for the past 10-15 years, if you ever go there, which you should, you'll find a lot of families as well as groups of friends, it's that good. they have self service, but, can bring the food to your table if you want. the rates are just about fine and the seating area is also good with a view of city.People need to go and have a good time there Friends this is most populer hotel in patiala. Food And Presention- Friends all food types and all other product quality is very good and there food provide very testy and helthy. Customer Service- Friends they provide good customer service and home dilivery service is availble in resturant.24 hour customers service available. Value For Money- value for money is not high cost for two only 500 rs.

Food is average but yes price according its costly. Interior is ok.. Love their jalebi and dahi chat..

Useless food, ordered puri chole, grilled sandwich and Gobhi parantha. Puri chole was so delicious but rest of the food was useless

Not good at all. Misbehave with customer. Don't be bother about customer satisfaction. If customer complaint about anything. Don't take tension. Worst hospitality. Specially from italian corner. This guy don't have sense to talk with customer. Totally waste of money.
