NH Dhaba | Family Restaurant

I visited [NH Dhaba] today with my family. The food was okay, but during the meal, after finishing the mix raita, we found a hair inside the bowl. We immediately informed the staff, expecting a polite apology and a replacement. However, instead of understanding the seriousness, they started arguing with us and blamed it on customers, saying that hair fall can happen naturally. This was highly unprofessional behavior. They refused to replace the raita or offer any compensation, even though hygiene is a basic right for every customer. When we spoke to the owner politely after finishing our meal, he spoke nicely but still refused a refund for the mix raita, arguing that we had already finished it. I tried to explain that the hair was found at the bottom after finishing, and consuming something with hair is extremely unhygienic and unsafe. Still, they did not accept their mistake or show responsibility. Overall, very disappointed with the way the staff handled the situation. Food hygiene should be their first priority, but sadly, it was not taken seriously.

I had a disappointing experience at NH Dhaba. The food was just average but quite overpriced for the quality. What made it worse was the rude behavior of the staff, which really affected the overall experience.

Premium service at a very reasonable price The food is really good Definitely will recommend NOTE:- When I visited they were not accepting online payment so have cash if possible !

Awesome at taste, value for money, hygienic surrounding ; what else do you need to call this restaurant a best in the entire city! I had this Veg Platter today and the way they served it stole my heart! The taste was just superb. Thank you NH Dhaba Staff for making my Christmas a merry Christmas! Greetings

Delicious food , brilliant atmosphere and ofcourse hygiene at one place is named at NH dhaba . Love the food and the icecream flavours are amazing

Had paneer burger. They cooked fresh and was really yummy. Definitely will try rest of their stuff as well. The place is clean and beautiful. Without doubt a family spot. They are about to introduce an open live kitchen as well. Which I am waiting for. Will keep posting.

This is one of the few places where you cannot stop yourself from giving All the . I can guarantee you, this is the place you can go anytime when you dont wanna be disappointed for not matching your food expectations when you are in a good mood. I usually go to new places to explore the taste but believe me this is the place i would go Blind folded when i want to be sure "Aaaj ka din kharab nhi kar sakte, lets go to NH". I usually order the Cutlet for starters and North indian main course. And believe me Paneer is the Expertise of this place. I tried Dosa once but dint like it.
