I wait for my order over 45 mint ... this how they treat. Finally after 45 mint i cancel my order and they just give me only 50% money
So arrogant. Where the menu board is there is nobody order taking where they taking order there is no menu. Asked for menu the at window just smiled and kept quiet. Food took half an hour for two burgers. Horrible service. Won't recommend this place.
We had a good experience there, outlet has multiple seating with spacious interiors Staff was friendly and food was also good and fresh Located on main highway Less crowded and much recommended for families and group Overall good experience
Went there inside the restaurant around the afternoon and asked for a longer combo. The manager said, "Not available." As asked for a wrap combo, he said, "Not available." I asked for a coffee machine, and he said it was not available due to the machine malfunctioning. I don't on what basis he's running it.
The experience was very bad. Today I visited Kfc and I ordered rice bowl and burger. The ricebowl was very cold and it was not fun eatting it. And no one was over there to take our complaint

Traveled From Jaipur Took a Pit stop for some Chicken, silence and Away from city loved it ... Staff is too friendly And Yes they are Hygiene Friendly, Hand sanitizer and clean everything Soft music enjoyed having the New chizza here Travellers do take a stop nd Feel the Vibe
Couldn't stop myself for describing worst experience rendered at KFC b/t Sirhind Rajpura with inexperienced staff, sub standard food quality, unclean atmosphere especially washrooms. It all started with KFC staff who was more worried about his shift closure rather than taking appropriate order thereafter making me wait for the bill for 15 minutes post order was already done. I think the owner of this franchise should take some interest in making customer feel good as this is all leading to hampering KFC standards..Will not visit and not recommend this particular KFC outlet.
