Burger King

We visited Burger King in Morinda today Dec 26,2024. The restaurant just opened three days ago, and we wanted to give it a try. The location is so convenient for us--just a 10-minute drive from our house. The staff was extremely helpful; they greeted us warmly and assisted us with placing our order. The self-service kiosk was easy to use. The food was prepared in a hygienic manner, and everyone wore hairnets. The staff served us promptly, and the food was absolutely delicious. The store was spotlessly clean and well-managed by the team. We hope they continue to maintain this level of cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, we were very impressed. Thank you to the owner and staff for a wonderful experience!

Serving stale and cold food Nothing is freshly prepared. We ordered 2 burgers,fries,veggie strips and iced latte Out of which burgers were stale and fries were soggy .When we asked them to replace then they instead of replacing the order they kept arguing and didnot replace anything. Such behavior ,rudeness and poor quality of food is not expected from such a renowned brand . Iced latte was also not well blended as the coffee particles did not dilute in it If we are spending handsome amount of money then we need freshly prepared food. I would suggest the outlet owner to look into the matter and change the staff members as they r not well trained .
