From the moment we stepped in, the hospitality was beyond exceptional. Although the restaurant didn't originally offer a birthday platter, the staff went out of their way to create something special upon request--and they truly delivered! A heartfelt thank you to Senior Captain Sonali, whose warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism elevated our entire experience. She ensured every detail was perfect and made us feel genuinely celebrated. The ambiance, the service, and the thoughtful gestures made our visit not just memorable, but extraordinary. I'm incredibly happy with the experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Visited for my sister's birthday, and though they didn't offer a birthday platter, the team created one just on request. Senior Captain Sonali was outstanding--attentive, kind, and made the evening truly special. Exceptional service all around!

We went for dinner. They did not even give a free water bottle and charged 130 rupees for plastic bottle. After arguing for 10 min they gave free water. The food is average at best, service is very poor and they don't even give complete cutlery. They gave 5 glasses for 7 people, did not give forks or knives. They took order for paneer tikka and forgot about it. When we reminded again then they started making it. Over-all nothing special except ambience, waste of money

No water bottles, no tissues, no hair dryer, no ironing press for clothes. Online, it says it's a 4-star hotel, 1-2 star hotels are far better than this. Paid around 9k for the room just for one night, and the service you guys are providing is zero. I booked the room over a week ago. They showed me another room and changed on the spot of check-in this is the service you guys are providing. Worst experience of hotels. I would never suggest anyone else for this. There are many other hotels nearby 2 stars and 3 stars. In review, there should be stars in minus, too. I would have chosen that.

I tried their buffet today for breakfast and everything was on top. Fresh and tasty. Staff was very cooperative and was helping us throughout to make our experience better. Loved it!!!! Idle sambar was my fav though :)

Food is awesome at sky garden staff behaviour and service is excellent mainly we have ordered mocktails.. brilliant.... Moreover we have enjoyed... ambience , wow!!!! will revisit soon!!!!!!!

The food of sky garden is very tasty. There are variety of foods ,deserts and I really enjoyed it... Manager did a great job...the behaviour of employees is very good they always keep a smile on their face and talk to us nicely. I loved the service is good and excellent. There is fabulous
