I recently visited Pizzata Restaurant located in Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab, with the hope of enjoying a relaxing meal. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and far below expectations. I decided to try their Paneer Sandwich, assuming it would be fresh, flavorful, and worth the price. However, to my utter shock, the taste was absolutely terrible - in fact, it was the worst-tasting sandwich I have ever had in my entire life. The paneer was stale and rubbery, the bread was soggy and under-toasted, and the overall flavor was bland and completely off-putting. It seemed as if the sandwich was prepared without any care or attention to quality or hygiene. Naturally, as a customer, I felt it was my responsibility to bring this to the staff's attention. I politely approached the manager and the boy at the billing counter to inform them about the poor taste and quality of the food. Sadly, both of them showed zero professionalism and didn't even bother to acknowledge my complaint. They simply stayed silent without offering any apology, explanation, or solution. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the management and staff training of the restaurant. A good restaurant doesn't just serve food -- it serves experiences. And when a customer is dissatisfied, it is the duty of the staff to at least listen and respond respectfully. But here, the complete ignorance and lack of basic courtesy only added to the negative experience. I believe feedback is meant to help businesses improve, but in this case, it felt like the management had no interest in customer satisfaction. The way they handled (or rather, ignored) my complaint showed that they are either overconfident or careless about their food quality and service standards. I would not recommend Pizzata Restaurant to anyone who cares about food taste, quality, or respectful customer service. There are many better options in Muktsar where both the food and treatment of customers are far superior. My sincere suggestion to the owners is to urgently review their food preparation standards and train their staff in basic customer service skills. Until and unless major improvements are made, I will not be visiting again....

To bad atmosphere not good for families. Even staff have no manner that how to talk with customers. All the time couples are there . And staff allowed them and charge extra money .

Pizza is so cheesy delicious... and most importantly seasoning is quite different,,,, crunchy, fresh and amazing taste

It was quite reasonable prices. Service was good. Good point for family option.

Pizzatta pizza is very tasteless.m not prefer other person.because not properly bake and stech not properly souceing
