Really zero rating service..kambal and rajai in winter raat m so smelly and unwashed upar se no response from staff

Hotel service was very bad. The receptionist didn't have any sense how to talk with customer. The utensils given to us were dirty. Orders also had to be fulfilled by speaking again and again. The waiters drank a lot of wine at night and created a lot of commotion. Fooled on the name of the semi deluxe room. Photos will tell everything.

There is no option to give Zero Star and thus had to give one. The stay wasn't expected to be super, given the small place Sansarpur and Talwara is, but worst ever experience awaited me. A Half an hour to one hour drive will give so many better options nearby.

It is a nice place for small functions or get together. Staff is cooperative but their service is very slow. Food is delicious and at reasonable price. They have an adjoining bar as well (serving alcohol).

I had a beautiful experience at kesri hotel.. very tasty food and staff behaviour was too good.. very reasonable room prices anyone can afford... I love to visit again ..

Decent customer placating, food quality and locality guiding offseted unwittingly by subpar response time in troubleshooting the various defects of its recently added rooms and, most importantly, prices are steep and sky high--big time-- for such cold, dimly lighted and often malfunctioning suites as of December 2021.
