Shagun Restaurant Hotel and Bar

Zira is a small town in Punjab close to Ferozepur, for a small town like this Shagun Restaurant and Hotel is like heaven on earth, the place is recently renovated to the standards of any metro city. The rooms are quite spacious and are very well maintained. The people are just awesome right from the watch man to the owner Mr. Sanjay were concerned about our comfortable stay. The food is out of the world like other Punjabi places. The one thing I liked the most is the number of Private Dinning Rooms PDRs they have, each of the PDR has its own music system with a 3.5 mm jack or blue tooth for the guests stream their own music. The water bottles were complimentary and there was no limit on those. They have excellent breakfast options too, right from the typical Punjabi paronthas to the English breakfast of bread the way you like and the eggs the way you like them. They very well decorated restaurant and a Bar. My review would be a waste if I don't mention the banquet hall, this is totally practical lay out and can accommodate over 200 pax without effort. To top it all what a traveller needs most is the quality and the way the maintain their toilets, here with our hesitation I would give them a 8 out of 10, the 2 points I am cutting here is only for the usual toilet kit was missing, they only threw in a mini soap bar only. Coming to the location it will surely get an other 8 out of 10 it's just 500 meters from the heart of Zira. Will recommend this place and also stay at this hotel next time I visit Zira.

Would have rated this restaurant in negative stars if option available there services are pathetic and owner take no care for the customer satisfaction. The owner himself was always busy in hooka. there service staff is not hygienic and maintained no cleanliness in dine in area

Worst service providers in the area, I would never recommend this place for party or celebration. Had to struggle a lot to give service to the guests. Complete mood spoilers

GOOD RESTAURANT BUT QUITE EXPENSIVE.......BUT YES BEST QUALITY

It's build beautiful. It consists of rooms,bar and restaurant. The food that they provide is too good and tasty. It's on the GT road in zira. Environment near it is peaceful. It's one of the best place to sit and observe the nature. Special thing of this place is that it makes their own beer and it is known for its service

Services are not good

Poor food Yesterday I hv ordered chicken biryani and mutton curry. Given us egg biryani and there is not a proper piece of mutton in the curry, all bone. Very bad experience. I will Never advice anyone to go for meal in such a bad place.
