Customer Reviews & Testimonials
I felt it to be hyped and overrated, not sure why this place is so popular and has such a good rating. Sweet corn soup was disastrous and just was boiled corn in water. Sizzlers were ok ok as they felt bland but good in quantity and presentation. Would give it another chance sometime with desi food to see how it goes.
Excellent and affordable restaurant and cafe for solos, couples, friends, families and children. The food is really delicious, well cooked and properly baked. It has everything on its menu, right from starters and fast food in snacks to breads and vegetables in the main course with beverages and desserts. Mexican Fire Sizzler, Paneer Lababdar and Malai Kofta White are just mouthwatering with proper balance of all the ingredients in them. The breads are properly baked, well roasted and easily customizable. Plain Tandoori Roti and Butter Tandoori Roti are delicious too. Packed Saunf and Wet Wipes are provided after the meals. One advice to the customers is to take care of the service charge that is too high but optional and can be removed from the bill. The restaurant is on two floors including ground and first floor. A well furnished staircase is provided for the movement between the floors. The entrance and the exit are the same and are attractive. The waiting and outdoor area is good with beautiful potted plants and trees and comfortable seats. The indoors are beautifully decorated with lights and decoration. Animated wallpapers on the walls, a few indoor plants and unique ways of indoor seating with two TV screens and comfortable seats and sofas increase the delightful experience. The billing counter is on the ground floor. The indoors are well designed, well maintained and clean with wonderful infrastructure, well furnished furniture and beautiful crockery. The staff is well trained, polite and helpful, but needs to be more attentive. The atmosphere is really relaxing and calm with good service. Free street parking and washrooms are also available. The timings are 11 am-11 pm. Overall, a wonderful experience and would love to come back again. Mexican Fire Sizzler, Paneer Lababdar, Malai Kofta White and Tandoori Roti are highly recommended. It is a cosy place with moderate cost to spend a good quality time.
Visited City Heights in Malviya Nagar and tried the Iced Latte along with the Falafel and Hummus Platter. While the Hummus Platter was quite nice, the coffee was disappointing -- and to make matters worse, I found an insect in my drink. The staff did replace it as compensation, but it definitely affected the experience. The ambience was decent, and the staff was polite and responsive, which I appreciated. It feels like a place better suited for evening or dinner plans. Personally, I'd avoid it for breakfast or lunch, especially if you're planning to go for coffee.
The service and food were really good. We ordered their cream of mushroom soup which they can improve by making it a little more creamier, and the lasagna felt like it could use more cheese in the layerings. These were just minor things, nothing deal breaking. Their beverages were top tier. Will visit again if the chance arise.
Their food and serving quality was too good, we enjoyed their Chinese and Italian sizzler both of them were up to the mark. I am personally a big fan of Italian I didn't miss a thing while having it. Their staff is also helpful if confused with order and selection. Also it's kinda in the middle of a food joint so not difficult to find either.
Awesome place. Spotted on the way back to Jaipur airport and it was really worth.. It is a Veg menu, even so food was scrumptious and service was really commendable. Blue mojito didn't met our expectations and we tried to order lime juice with only sugar - but somehow it was bit salty.
I loved the food here, especially the chili garlic noodles! Mojito, iced tea and cold coffee were a blast too. Then the sizzler tasted really good! Oh and the place was quite beautiful, the decor and the ambience. Pretty colours and the service was really fast!
Great place to eat in Jaipur!!! It is near GT and WTP which makes it easily accessible when you are in this area. I visited last week with my friend here and we had a nice time. They have a huge hall and large space which makes it open for more customers. There was no problem of space. You can sit inside, outside or even on rooftop. Inside atmosphere was good for dining in. Their service was also good. Staff was well trained and helpful in every way. I order peached ice tea, cranberry mojito and oriental sizzlers. Everything which I ordered was so tasty and delicious. The cost was also not that high, you can afford it easily. They prepared the order in just 15 minutes and served us. I spend almost 1 hour in this cafe. It was clean and amazing in every way. I have been to many other cafes and restaurants in C scheme and other area but I loved this most. ( you can go through my other reviews) I paid 1000 which was completely worthy. I recommend this to everyone to visit atleast for once. You can also find the photos which i clicked during my visit to City hieghts bistro.
