Mahal Khandela - A Heritage Hotel and Spa

We lived at this Hotel for 3 days, and everything was so nice! The staff was warm and welcoming, and did everything to give us the absolute best service. Breakfast is nice, and you can order dinner from the hotel, if you feel like an evening in. The rooms are good. They have aircondition and fan, and separate bathroom inside you room. The staff asked if we needed cleaning after the first night, which we didn't, but it was so nice of them to ask :D We highly recommend if going to Jaipur.

Very nicely done decor which gives a great vibe. The welcoming staff with their smiles make your stay very comfortable. We only had breakfast here and it was good. Overall a great place to stay with family. I'm not sure about the location but most big name hotels are in the same vicinity so must be a good location. Forgot to mention that we did join the owner and his friends for a karaoke session and it was wonderful. And also that we were welcomed with a traditional way.

Beautiful, old-fashioned, uniquely Indian hotel with tasteful hand-painted artwork and murals on the walls. Original doors from over a hundred years ago with charming old-fashioned bolts and padlocks. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Kishan and Dileep, and the lovely housekeeping staff for bringing a smile to my face over breakfast. Shout out to Alex for his whimsical and clever puppet show. Bedrooms were spacious. Big, comfy king-size beds with four good quality pillows. Temperature was perfect for sleeping. No need for fan or AC or extra blanket. Breakfast was delicious, well-balanced and satisfying.

This is a gem in the heart of Jaipur. Forget all chain hotels, and come and stay at Mahal Khandela to create memories of a lifetime. Not only is the property outstanding ( the authentic look and feel of a Rajasthani haveli is outstanding) the host and the team makes the experience unforgettable. The evening Karaoke sessions and the food is a cherry on the top. Perfect for a getaway with friends and family.

Stayed for a night on 21st Dec 2024 and had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly warm, and the service was exceptional. Rooms were spotless and beautifully designed with tasteful furniture and interiors. Loved the traditional artwork and stunning murals that added so much charm. Plus, the central location made everything super convenient. Highly recommend!

A consistently excellent stay. The staff was courteous and went out of their way to accomodate our group, which wasn't always very reasonable. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the location is convenient.|The folks singers and fire dancers' performance in the evening was the crowning glory. |We had planned way in advance, and that must have helped, because we were given a place for our evening karaoke too. |Recommended.

We reached late in the day but we were greeted warmly by the staff and dinner was served for us at 10 PM! The hotel has been done very tastefully - a good mix of modern conveniences and amenities and art and small touches here and there that showcase the heritage of Rajasthan. |The food was tasty and authentic. The entertainment troupe that came in the evening was top notch. (We visited Udaipur later in our trip and the performances at Mahal Khandela were at the same level as the one at Bagore ki Haveli in Udaipur) |The location of the hotel is very convenient for access from the railway station and close to the must-do's in the old city. |Highly recommend Mahal Khandela for any family looking to enjoy true Rajasthani hospitality without compromising on modern amenities.
