Monarch Restaurant

Ambience was one strength of this restaurant . With a multi cuisine menu , monarch restaurant had a wide range of desserts , but failed to have an impact on me for the main course . A little over priced for the taste that they offered for my palate. The live performance was a plus point.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Monarch Restaurant in Holiday Inn Hotel, Jaipur, and I must say, my experience was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service of Rajnesh and Rahul who were our servers. They both were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we were seated, they were prompt, courteous. Throughout our meal, they checked in frequently, refilled drinks, and ensured everything was to our liking. Their warm smile and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Thank you so much Fajil, the manager for checking in and asking for our feedback. The chef's special dish was also a highlight of our meal - it was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The service quality overall was pathetic. There was no warmth or smile on any staff and no one attended for ever so long. However Rajnesh was the best server we came across. Her smile and warmth made our day and meal. She's an amazing person.

Neat restaurant with a fairly priced (for a hotel) Indian/western buffet, with a la carte options. The Indian food is quite good, but the western selection might need some refining. We got great service from Rajnesh, who asked us to post this review.

It was the first day of my trip to India, the food was so delicious and the staff was so kind! In particular, Rahul, one of the staff, checked our table from time to time and kept asking if there were any requirements. Thanks to you, I think I can start my trip happily in the morning!

On April 18th was my birthday and I was staying at the hotel, when my friend asked them for a candle, they immediately moved to prepare me a piece of cake with congratulations and went to buy a candle, it was a very nice moment, thank you very much to all the staff, especially the waiter Karan and the waitress R A Jnesh for their attention and kindness.
