Although not in the main touristy area (old town), it's worth coming out here for dinner. Great hilltop view of the city, great service (shoutout to Hari for excellent service!), and the food is really quality! (Especially the Indian Chinese which hit the spot for us)

Had an unforgettable dinner experience at Hotel Darbargarh in Udaipur! The rooftop view was absolutely breathtaking--overlooking the serene waters and city lights, it created the perfect romantic vibe for the evening. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance, soft lighting, and traditional Rajasthani touches made the setting feel magical. Special mention to Narayan, who served us with such warmth and professionalism. He was attentive, courteous, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The food was equally impressive--delicious, well-presented, and full of flavor. Highly recommend this place for couples or anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful night out in Udaipur. 10/10 experience! The urge to test our tastebuds with authentic Rajasthani food took us to Ghati Pe, a unit of Khammi Ghani. This was a recommendation by our tourist friendly auto person, Tosif Ali. We decided to figure out Dal bhati churma (DBC). We were attended by Hari Singh. He broke down the dish for us and guided us so that we could get the real taste of the dish. In our ignorance we had also ordered roti and khichdi. Hari Singh made sure that we don't waste food as he knew his DBC! The masala fresh lime soda was a good fizzy accompaniment.

Where can I start? Right from welcoming and making us comfortable and to the food suggested everything was fabulous. Since we went for dinner, the climate was too cold they provided blankets. Food was good and tasty...hospitality by Mr.Bhagnat singh was too good and made the whole experience awesome. And not to forget even in the parking area their staffs were there to help us and asked us the feedback about their service. I highly recommend this place for both ambience and food.

Superb ambience, amazing food, and overall a beautiful place to hangout! Also the staff harinathu ji and dinesh ji made our visit even better by their awesome hospitality!

We came here during one of the cooler days in January and sat on the rooftop, they gave us some blankets which was interesting and a cozy dinner experience for us. Hari Singh was a great host and the food was great too. The chicken banjara kebab was the highlight. There was live music too which was okay. Definitely recommend this place for some good ambience and food. We were hoping it would be lake view, but that wasn't the case, so check that in case that's something you're looking for. Oh and the saunf was pretty good

Fantastic dining experience, excellent prices, and to die for views. This is a high level choice for lunch or dinner when visiting Udaipur! Narayan ji was a fantastic server and took great care of us!

Great experience and amazing service. To add a cherry on top was the view from the roof top restaurant and the live music.
