"Worst Experience Ever! Big Fraud Alert!" I booked my room after seeing the pictures online, where they showed a beautiful, spacious room with a stunning view. They took 50% of the payment in advance. But when I arrived, the actual room was NOTHING like the photos! It was disgusting. I feel completely cheated and scammed. I've tried reaching out for a refund but they are refusing to give me anything back! This hotel is a total rip-off. DO NOT waste your money here! The management is unprofessional and they are basically stealing from their customers. I will never trust them again, and I advise everyone to stay far away from this place."

The pictures online showed a spacious, beautiful room with a breathtaking view, which convinced me to book and pay 50% in advance. However, what I got upon arrival was a complete shock. The room I was given was nothing like the photos - it was cramped, dirty, and utterly unappealing, with no view whatsoever. Total scam !! No room service No food No car parking No towel and services Waste of money Their unprofessional behavior and refusal to address the issue were extremely frustrating. It feels like they're running a scam, preying on unsuspecting customers. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They took 100% of the payment upfront, and when I and my family settle in the room the experience was disgusting. I feel completely cheated and scammed. I've tried reaching out multiple times to get a refund, but they are refusing to do anything about it. This hotel is an absolute rip-off. The manager is rude, childish, and has zero respect or manners toward customers. It takes forever to get anything--nearly 40-50 minutes per order. I ordered milk for my child, and it smelled off, almost fishy. The next day, my child VOMIT NONSTOP, which was extremely concerning. The place is unhygienic and completely unsafe for families. Safety issues, we were only guest in hotel in night no one other than us in hotel, delay service, fake promises The location might seem prime, but it's clear that due to their dishonest practices, customers are staying away. DO NOT waste your money here unless you want to risk your health and comfort. This place is a disaster.

The views are amazing. The food is also very tasty. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
