Udaipuri Restaurant

The restaurant is located on shastri circle and is one of the top vegetarian restaurants in the city. The food we ordered was kind of good, the place looked good with some unique decoration. Washroom was dirty af. Hope they improve the cleanliness. We ordered their platter and it was good. Their kandhari kofta dish was pretty average and might visit the place again.

We ordered - Tomato Soup - Sweet Corn Soup - Udaipuri Starter Platter - Crunchy Corn & Spinach Salt & Pepper - Bhatti ka Paneer Masala - Udaipuri Dal Tadka - Kabuli Masaledar Chole - Jeera Rice - Breads ( Tandoori & Missi) - Papad - Butter Milk Before jumping on food would like to point out that we were the only customer at that time & then customers started coming after 30 minutes. Tomato soup was very thick & was of gravy consistency. Sweet & sour soup was good. Their starter platter is one of my favourite dishes which have 5 types of starter namely Gold Coin, Hara Bhara Kebab Palak Chaat, Spring Roll & a Paneer Tikka. Everything was delicious. Then main course started coming in, i specifically asked our serves as to what to order as we wanted something spicy in paneer so he suggested Bhatti Ka Paneer. It came though the dish was good but it lacked spice & cream made it a bit sweeter though. Then came Dal Tadka which was okay. Then Kabuli Chole which were totally bland neither they were tangy nor spicy just eating chickpeas in some kind of tari. All the breads were good. Restaurant like these which I use to count one of the best for their service & food didn't even get to par. All the dips & chutneys came after everything was finished. Service was very slow considering their were very fewer tables occupied. Our Total Bill Came to INR 2418 but with Zomato Pro we Paid around INR 2000 for it.

Ordered online from this restaurant. Sent spoiled and stale paneer ki sabji. Even after telling our concern to the restaurant they paid no attention and didnt address the issue. The paneer was clearly khatta and sada hua and aalu like texture. We all know what bad paneer looks like and tastes like. I ordered for a sick person and if they would have eaten the food they would have gotten food poisoning. The restaurant staff is rude and non responsive. Please friends don't eat here or order for your family and friends.

This place is amazing to vist with family & friends and spend quality time. This is at shastri circle and popular for its north Indian dishes. They have a lot of option in their menu to choose from. We tried paneer tikka, crispy aloo, cheese paneer butter masala, katrani subz jhalfrezi and assorted bread basket. The food was really tasty and scrumptious. They provided quick service which was the best thing. The food was tasty and scrumptious. Recommend this place to visit with family and for vegetarian cuisine.

Loved the taste. Pander tikka lababdar and dal fry was really tasty. Ambience is good. Pure veg restaurant near shastri chowk. Not over crowded. Service is little slow but offers really tasty food. Well maintained, clean and neat place. Shapes of different animals are created in walls from kitchen utensils which is very creative. Also idol of Lord Ganesha created at billing counter is unique. Very good to visit for smll or large groups. Special Jain preparations also available. Cost wise it is good.

I would have given zero stars if it had an option. Ordered from zomato aloo prantha and cold coffee. No taste of coffee it seems like you are drinking sweetened milk that too of poor quality. No stuffing in prantha only wheat. They didn't even packed it properly cold coffee spilled out of packing

Good restaurant ,good taste ,situated at the centre of city at shastri circle opposite shastri sweets first floor. Staff is good .Ideal for small party.

Good Food... reasonably priced. Chole Masala is a must try. Do try Stuffed Potato as well. For Zomato Pro members, there is a 25% discou t for now. Subsequent Update - The service quality has gone down. Overall, the restaurant ambience, service is on a decline. Final Update - The place is closed.
