Upre Restaurant boasts a stunning rooftop location at Ambri Ghat, offering breathtaking views of the beautiful city of Udaipur. Although we couldn't get a dinner reservation and had to adjust our plans to visit for lunch, we were delighted to be seated in the outdoor area, which provided a fantastic view. The food was flavorful, and the view made the meal even more special. They also offer accommodation, adding to the convenience for guests who wish to stay. Overall, Upre Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking for great food and stunning views!

Over hyped would be the Personal feedback. Location is the only plus point, about service, don't ask as wait time will kill your wish to eat....Situation in old city, so prefer to travel by rickshaw or walk down......Do the booking but won't take more than 6 a time, so larger group....sorry. There preference is those who are staying in their property and obviously the color of your skin do matter. When you have so many negatives, that one positive of good food goes for a toss.

A very nice photogenic peaceful place. We had brunch there. Due to heat we could not sit on the roof top. Jharokas was very photogenic and the view was awesome. Food and service was normal.

The view is good. But the services are worse. Their staff is not polite or cooperative at all. We have waited for almost 2 hours to even book the food. And according to the food quality, it's too overpriced. Would recommend if you just want to take pictures.

Upre, according to me is a little over hyped as it stands. Again, a lot of people. Recommended this place. We had to wait around 20 minutes for the table. The lakeview from the table is great. The food, nothing special. I ordered a chicken starter platter which comprised of Amritsari fish tikka, malai chicken tikka, Mutton seekh kebab, and tandoori chicken tikka. The Amritsari fish tikka was absolutely amazing. It was melt-in-mouth and had quite the flavor. The tandoori chicken tikka and seekh kebabs were alright but the Malai tikka was terrible. The coating was bland and not cooked properly. For the main course, I ordered Safed Murgh as i wanted to have something other than laal maans. The flavor was good, it had a cashew based sweet gravy and was white in color. I like non spicy gravies but this one was a little too bland. It could have some more flavor in my opinion. The 2 drinks we took were good. Although, it was a calm and peaceful lunch all thanks to the view of Lake Pichhola.

This is an absolutely first class restaurant. The food is excellent and the views and atmosphere is stunning. Live music playing, with the superb setting and such great service. A special mention to Dharmendra who made our experience truly magical. Thank you. Very highly recommended.

Well located on the banks of lake. Must have a reservation if you want a lake side table. However reaching here is arduous as cars are not allowed in this area. Overall this is a overhyped place as they are milking customers for the location, food quality being very average.
