Banana Leaf a/c Restaurant

This restaurant was quite nice. My friend and I visited by afternoon and it was a bit crowded and we had to share a table with others . The service was very good and the ambience was fine. Good place for family and friends to visit. We tried a variety of food and everything was nice...

We had our lunch here on a Sunday afternoon, it was bit crowded and the veg meals which I had was so good particularly keerai kootu, vaththa kuzhambu, rasam and semiya kheer. Chicken biryani and Kaadai 65 was also tasty. A bit improvement needed in ambience.

Don't waste your money. I tried bbq chicken. Taste is very poor. I surprised such a branded hotel is preparing food like ... It's very bad Soon they will close the restaurant. They are cheating the customers. Roshan restaurant is far far better than this. Don't go this to this hotel. I have rated 1 star. But this hotel is not deserving to have even 1 star also. Poor management... I hate... This is my last visit to this restaurant.

Poor service, unhygienic atmosphere, facility is poorly maintained. Mainly sofa seats are torn apart with big holes revealing the sponge inside. Staffs are not even looking at us, no one guide us with seating. Hand Washing area extremely bad. Chicken biriyani was blunt with no salt or spices or flavour, felt like eating plain rice. I Regret stepping inside this restaurant, will never come back here again. Staffs who take order not responsible or active, cleaner are not given clean cloths to wipe the table, poor janitor used a extremely dirty cloths to wipe clean the table, which ended up creating an unbearable fowl smell.

The quantity of Briyani is less and is only enough fora child ; and it's oily The Thalcha, mutton and chicken gravy is not at an acceptable level. Especially the Meat of the mutton smells almost rotten and is not fresh at all. Not enough waiters for Service and thus the food became cold and hard. Flies are around even in the air conditioned atmosphere. Overall poor and not good for what we customers are paying. I have called the manager and gave feedback but whether the management will improve or not it's up to them.

Ordered chicken/mutton biriyani from take away counter. When I opened the parcel, I was surprised to see that instead of chicken biriyani, they had packed an empty biriyani. I think I have been cheated..pathetic service from a reputed restaurant...I think customers need to check each parcel before leaving the counter...

Hi fnds i would like banana leaf bcz of my parents recommended. Today i got chettinad chicken gravy and chicken 65 bornless. Chettinad chicken only born pcs not tasty and chicken 65 not boiled. Today i dis appeared in this restaurant. Bro pls. I can't recommended in this restaurant in featured. Thanks to all..
