Mutton briyani was awesome. Meat is cooking perfect, Taste, soft. Quail pepper fry was good flavor and pungency. Goat leg paya was taste remind that crab soup.It's time to enjoy with family members and friends. Good service and kind cooperate with customers. This restaurant briyani items and Idiyappam paya taste still it remain same for past above 40 years.
i stay in new Bethlehem ambur today we bought 5 paratha and (sharewa . salan ) to my home but i thought it should be in normal tast but when i ate the food it was really amazing taste when i was in childhood 1986 87 i went along with my father riding rajdoot i remember those days oolkkottttaay l ittm kittaikkaatu i think only eleven tables are there totally around 50 paxs can sit whenever we enter to salam hotel we cannot find place to sit always the hotel is filled with full of customer at night time we can see so many night travel like sardar sharma shama mettur buses stay and finish their dinner and they go all dishes are awesome in taste another special salam hotel tea is famous they serve the tea in cup and saucer today night again i went and bought 5 paratha, for many years we don't know what happened to them the restaurant was closed but today again they opened the restaurant it seems to be HAPPY to see the Salam hotel again as a family we BLESS THEM TO GET GOOD BUSINESS for them aampuur piriyaanni aampuur piriyaanni ennnrru piittikkollllum innnrraiy nprkll ivrkll munnn cmm kittaiyaatu a small advice better remove the banner first the people know about salam hotel dont compromise in your taste thank you
