Donnington Bake House

Excellent food and quick service along with the scenic tea plantation view makes this place a great choice for foodies like me. The price is also reasonable and the quantity was also decent. We tried Chinese food and it was yummy.

Great place to get proper Indian Chinese food and the atmosphere is great as it is situated little elevated from the town and seems like a little peak within the hill station, must try the dragon chicken, fried rice and Hakka noodles. Brownie with ice cream was the best dessert at the place.

A beautiful, scenic cafe situated atop of the city. They have an indo-chinese menu and pizzas as well. Do try their pizzas, they tasted really good.

We visited as a family, service and environment was cool but the food tasted worst We ordered dragon chicken nothing but only sauce and ketchup and the pizza ( chicken BBQ) was so blunt and didn't have flavour Soup &fried rice was okay okay

Situated in an old colonial bungalow. Food is okay. I found it slightly on spicy side. Service is good. They serve food fast. But menu is limited. 70% of menu is non-vegetarian. And half of vegetarian dishes were not available. Like any cream soups. Pad Thai noodles are available but without flat noodles! Pizza was good! Tom Yum and Manchow soup were nice as well. They don't take credit cards.

Average place...food is decent. Service is not very friendly. Half of the menu is not available. On top of that they dont serve any Desserts or Baked items but they call themselves a bake house. When I enquired why there are no desserts they said its in a different location. They dont serve coffee as well.

More of an Indo Chinese restaurant rather than a Pizza restaurant. The food was quite good, downside- service was mediocre and took a long time. Check out/ Billing took forever as they are calculated manually. Some of the starters tasted the same though the items were different

Situated at the heart of city of Kothagiri, Donnington Bake House is apt for all nature travellers to relax themselves with friends and families. You just have to climb a little to reach this place which is usually missed out. Very calm, and the ambience is too good. The service and the food taste are simply superb. Cleanliness and maintenance are taken care. Thai chicken gravy & lamb is very famous here. Do not miss out this place on your next trip to Kothagiri.
