The food was quite nice and flavorful - definitely a highlight of the visit. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service, which felt below expectations for a new establishment trying to make a mark. One surprising thing was the drinking water policy - they served only lemon and mint-infused water by default. When I requested plain water, I was told I had to pay for it. I genuinely don't understand this practice. Plain drinking water should always be provided without charge. I hope the management reconsiders this approach and focuses more on customer satisfaction

Visited Sivakannan Restaurant recently and had a really good experience. The place is neat and well-maintained -- great for both family and friends. The food was very tasty. Highly recommend it! A perfect spot in Tirupur if you're looking for tasty, home-style South Indian food.
twice they got confused with the orders and were serving the wrong dishes. other than that the place was good and the food was also good.
First impression itself not good. Outside the shop near parking it remained all the raw foul smelling non-veg wastes and garbages. This mainly how the above was handled gives impression about cleanliness or hygeine priority by the franchise holder. Doubting how something will be responsibly handled inside the work area after some time when first day itself like this. This made me immediately back of from plan of buying or eating here really. Disappointed. Came there to try in eager despite the average ratings of all other branches of your restaurant from google. No use of expectations.
Food quality is like homely one and we liked it. We were 5 including 2 kids and they enjoyed the same. Keep up the good work.
