OOTTU PERA Restaurant

Their staffs need some serious training on how to work on a restaurant. There was one woman server, who was chewing something and taking orders from all tables. This was disgusting. The food was served before putting plates. We ordered chicken clear soup but were served with hot and sour soup. The same lady was claiming that it was clear soup only. Obviously she does not even know what 'clear' means. Finally someone from kitchen accepted that it was a mistake. The food was below average. Totally it was a disaster lunch experience for us.

It was a great pleasure in having food from ootu pera, enroute kumarakovil we found this restaurant and ordered chattichoru, mutton biryani and fish curry meal. Chattichoru was a must try item. Biriyani and meal also good. Fish masala ordere was heavy in quantity and bit expensive. Ambiance was good, only thing was bot delay in service. Pricing was good and alla the staffs we're very friendly.have limited parking space infront of the restaurant.

The food was a great disappointment to us. We were so hungry and ordered 2 chicken biriyani which was 180 per biriyani and also 2 veg meals, they ask do we need kerala rice or the normal one and we ordered kerala rice but it was not matta rice. They charged extra 15rs for 100 ml of curd. Only 3 curries were there for rice (sambar, rasam, buttermilk), biryani was very bland and the pieces were not fresh. The service is ok.

If I want to describe this place in one word it would be "Fabulous" Great food and with a great ambience make the overall visit great Recommendation: Milk Shakes (Any one) And as for my north indian friend I urge you to visit this restaurant and try their veg and non veg dishes.

The food is good. But service is pathetic. They are not keeping glasses for water. For everything, we need to ask multiple times. But the food is .

Stopped by on the highway for dinner. Fresh delicious chicken and beef dishes. Quick service. Delicious food. Parking available.

One fine evening we went to have dinner in this new hotel in our town... 1st impression the service guy he come to get order he was so good and kind.. we ordered with Mutton and chicken soup , Butter Nan , Special grill chicken , Kizi parata, Kari Parata, Pallipalayam chicken, And end with Mango lassi, salt and sweet lime soda , Apple juice.. The taste and quantity of the was so yummy and delicious .. we entered inside the hotel with more doubt about the taste and finally we got a super delicious dinner.. the interior was so good, and also with reasonable price

Too hot in the afternoon to dinein. Please avoid this spot in daytime. The food is ok but a bit expensive.
