I recently went to Kodaikanal with friends and discovered an amazing restaurant in Batlagundu Anifa biriyani Restaurant. The food was really good, with authentic flavors at reasonable prices. I especially loved the Mutton Patiyala with non,mutton mandhi was so good -- it became one of my favorites. Honestly, the whole experience felt great..must try spot

We recently stopped by and tried their Chicken Mughal Biryani and Egg Noodles, and both dishes were exceptional. The Chicken Mughal Biryani was packed with flavor, with the rice cooked to perfection and the chicken tender and juicy. It had a nice balance of spices, making it both aromatic and delicious. The Egg Noodles were equally good - perfectly fried with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of seasoning. The ambience at Anifa Biryani is very inviting, with a cozy yet spacious dining area. The place also offers ample parking, making it convenient for visitors. Another plus point is the washroom facility, which was clean and well-maintained.
Dont miss Panneer Tikka and Ghee rice Actually we are pure vegetarian and we tried veg dishes. The Panneer tikka was very delicious. Hereafter This restaurant is always our wishlist.

It's a good place to have food before starting to kodaikanal. Otherwise you should not find a good place to have food and a restroom. Especially those who have kids please stop and get some food. In the compound they have a veg restaurant.
