While the taste may not have been great, the cost of the meal was reasonable. This might make it an option for those on a budget or looking for an inexpensive meal. On the downside, the ambience of the restaurant did not meet our expectations either. The overall atmosphere and setting of the place left a lot to be desired. It's important for a dining establishment to provide a pleasant environment for customers, and in this case, it fell short in that regard. In summary, the restaurant's chicken biryani was below average in terms of taste, the pricing was okay, and the ambience was not satisfactory. Overall, the restaurant's performance left much to be desired, and it may not be the best choice for those seeking a satisfying dining experience.

Horrifying Experience at Lakshmi Restaurant. I recently visited Lakshmi Restaurant Food Hotel, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I ordered idly with sambar, expecting a decent meal, but what I got was revolting. To my shock and disgust, there was a WORM in the sambar! This is beyond horrifying--it's a complete health hazard. The fact that such a thing could happen shows a total lack of hygiene and care in the kitchen. When I informed the staff, they were shockingly unconcerned, offering no proper apology or explanation. This level of negligence is inexcusable and downright dangerous.To make matters worse, I noticed many people ordering from this restaurant through Zomato and Swiggy. Please, for your own safety, please avoid and say NO! Do not risk your health by ordering from this place.I would strongly advise everyone to stay far away from Lakshmi Restaurant Food Hotel if you value your health. This place is a disaster waiting to happen, and I wouldn't risk eating here ever again. Truly one of the worst dining experiences of my life!

Please don't buy any fish related items I asked for chettinad fish gravy but those guys gave me something else it's like a jelly I asked the guy who was in the reception it will be good right I'm taking it for my superior in office he replied it will be excellent but it was absolutely trash. please have some humanity while serving this dishes will you and your family eat this crap.

Worst mutton biriyani i have ever had. Mutton is very hard , i think it is beef

My kind request to everyone not to buy from this restaurant because just now only I ordered my mutton biryani but they had given with chicken kuska with mutton salna bone peices and also a melted plastic sheet there on the biryani i also complaint it by taking picture and shared my query to Zomato

Owner of the hotel or whoever is in charge please do note delivery orders are important but the importance your people should give is in the customers sitting in your hotel , all the staffs motive are in delivery only and sending it out so they would not have loss but customer should wait minimum of 30 mins a single fried rice please do take this effectively and try to organise ur staff or add more staffs other opinions good place to eat ,teach the receptionist some basic communication skills to interact with customers

Chapathi not well cooked

I ordered in zomato from this restaurant. Today Chicken clear soup . It was raw and very stinky too. I don't know why you do this. Or else don't take any order.
