Best place for the vegetarian food while travelling from bangalore to Chennai. Tasty delicious food available with reasonable price. Really we enjoyed the place with very good food. Also we can find household things, decoration items, kids playing items, original brass idols, mud..
Location is between vanniyambadi and ambur towards chennai. Best veg restaurant. However cost is bit high. Good rest room facilities available here and not suitable for senior citizens as they have to walk more. They have few handcrafted items, books and utensils available here. Parking assisted facility available here
The Best Veg Breakfast Restaurant I have ever had. The place itself is beautiful with amazing aesthetics. The staff is polite and their hospitality is top notch. After u finish your plate, they immediately clear it up, clean it and bring the next item. Their Podi Oothappam is top notch with proper spice and their chutney varieties steal the show. They have a shop which sells Antique items and it was a steal. Will definitely recommend
Sai Sangeet is a delightful pure vegetarian restaurant perfectly positioned between Vaniyambadi and Ambur, near the Vellore bypass. It serves as an ideal stopover for travelers looking for clean, hygienic, and authentic South Indian food. The restaurant stands out with its inviting ambiance, courteous staff, and a neatly maintained dining area that reflects comfort and simplicity. The highlight of Sai Sangeet is its rich and traditional South Indian menu. Whether it's crispy dosas, soft idlis, or flavorful sambhar, every dish bursts with authentic taste and freshness. Their meals are especially popular among regular travelers for being wholesome, timely, and satisfying. Filter coffee served here is often praised as a perfect companion to complete the meal. Sai Sangeet also impresses with its efficient service and quick turnaround time -- perfect for highway travelers. The ample parking space, clean restrooms, and family-friendly environment make it a reliable choice for both individual diners and groups. Whether you're on a long drive or a short trip, Sai Sangeet promises a refreshing and tasty break. K.vinoth Tips for Your Journey Start strong near Krishnagiri with idli or Punjabi fare. Mid-drive stops: opt for veg highway eateries (A2B or Sai Sangeet). Closer to Chennai: Udupi Ruchi or Haritam make excellent late breakfasts or early lunches
Excellent place, conveniently located on the highway from Bangalore to Chennai, at Vaniyambadi Food and service is good. But it's always busy and crowded. May have to wait and take a seat especially on weekend evenings nd during holidays.
Decent highway restaurant, about 150km from Bangalore towards Chennai on NH48 We had masala dosa, rava dosa and chapati-kurma. Food was delicious and not oily at all! Coffee and tea were really good. Filter coffee was really authentic! Service was good, wait was reasonable. Prices were very decent for the quality of food and service!! Great value food money. Toilets were clean and decently maintained as well. They also have lot of collectibles, are and handicrafts for sale. Those items looked a bit over priced. Overall, a great pit-stop.
The ambience, food and service was really good. The taste and quality of the food was excellent. We had South Indian meals and Dragon Paneer. Each and every item was too good. Meals is must try. There were small birds, rabbits and fish. The ambience was too pleasant.
