I have been to this shop twice. Good service. And I love their dishes.

Disappointed with this shop, went here based on Google rating but totally didn't expect this, 1. They ask to place your foot wears outside the shop, sorry is this any holy place? Idk, never did anywhere else in my life. 2. After waiting for 5 mins, no one came to took the order, they were standing still, after we ourselves went to give order, atleast they could have asked from distance. 3. Their menu card is the dirtiest menu card which I seen recently. 4. All things behind, the taste is very disappointing, all food here are frozen food, nothing felt fresh. 5. One sandwich we order didn't had good odour, so our friends were talking about this, not sure someone from the shop heard it, and they sprayed room spray, other dishes we ordered we can't even feel the smell, never ever experienced this anywhere. 6. At last their customer service is pathetic, they were speaking to customer in irritating tone, not giving proper response. Advice for the owner, i know you guys put a lot of money to get started, but earning good name is much more needed then getting fake Google rating from family and friends, try to deliver good food, and provide best service, people will automatically give good rating without asking.

Worth for money. Satisfied with service. Nice place for couples.

Simply awesome. Fell in love with the ferrero shake . The ambience is good. Best icecream parlour in this locality. Must try!
