Food was delicious but appalling customer service at the coffee stall. Had to wait for over 30 minutes for a cup of coffee - only to be served the wrong thing. Dining experience depends on when you visit and who serves you. The last time I went, I was charged more . I understand it is a busy place but bad customer service ruins the joy of eating out.

The food quality was very good and customers are treated very nicely in a polite way ,especially there is one madam Mahalakshmi where she is so polite and very responsive for all the orders/query related to cleaning table etc
