The service was too good. We went a little away from closing time but they were so welcoming and didn't show faces like a few famous food spots and the serving person was so so polite and kind. He did well explain on things and their elaneer paayasam was the best!!! Have become a fan of it! Their parottas was too good too! Gravies portion seem less but the taste was top notch. Will visit again once for lunch to enjoy the kongu flavour again for sure! If they reduce the pricing or bring combo offers, they will be crowded more for sure for their taste they offer!

#PersonalOpinion Not so busy on weekend dinner.. As it mentioned Kongunaatu Suvai, thought of tasting it how it is actually Ordered few of them from the menu.. Mutton Kari Soru 3/5 Egg Kothu Idly 2.5/5 Coriander Chicken Fry 2.5/5 The flavour of kongu is good but that alone doesn't make things tastier .. Kari Soru is kind of rice that we usually prepare after the chicken gravy is shifter to another vessel from the Kadai.. Added ghee to that, first bite was like WoW then n there not so great .. Egg Kothu Idly was fine, boiled sliced egg with idly, Okayish one only .. Coriander Chicken Fry not so impressed.. It is fine to have sometime in 3 or 4 months I would say, again this is totally my personal opinion after i experienced.. Customer service is really superb right from the beginning.. If you want to have a quite evening with your someone to relax for dinner it is good spot, that too music of "ILAYARAJA" in the background..

The biryani was average overall. The mutton pieces were not well-cooked and were very large, which made it difficult for them to absorb flavor or cook through properly. This affected the overall taste and enjoyment of the dish.

This is one of the reputed chains in Chennai. Staff was courteous and explained the menu. Ambience is pleasant. Mutton was soft and well Marinated. Also tried Rose milk, it was also good. Tries Sukka mutton it was tender and juicy.

Really nice restaurant! Excellent food and really good service. Nagur Gani, Rajkumar and Stikumaran were helpful, and helped us choose the best food for us! Really recommend!

Quick Service | Tasty | Chettinad If you're looking for some kongu spice in Chennai, this is the spot! They have a huge spread for non vegetarians, but also have tasty options for vegetarians! Right from soups, starters, biriyani and meals, everything here stood out in terms of the flavour! The service is quick and the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food! My personal favourite was the Kothu Rice (5/5) But the biriyani, meals were also great! We finished off with an elaneer payasam, but it was ordinary.
