Ordered prawns 65 through zomato! Taste was average and consistency was like little bit rubberish!
I agree with all the bad comments below. We've faced the same issues many times. Tamil Nadu Food Safety Committee, please look into this. This hotel serves the worst food but charges heavily. On top of that, there's no proper response from their side. Kindly take strict action against this hotel. It does not deserve to serve food -- they are just money-minded people with no ethics. Cockroaches infested. No taste in biriyani. Limiting chicken 65 when asked. No Chettinad taste. Not recommended!!
Worst menu , we asked for mutton kozhambu and they said not available... breaking ice on fridge in front of all the customers..so loudly interior's..Not recomendable..
Had lunch at Arasu Chettinad Hotel and it was a complete letdown. The food was far from good - they gradually served us a burnt version of Chicken 65, as if we wouldn't notice. On top of that, it tasted like they had added soda into the food, which completely ruined the flavor. To make matters worse, the bathroom was dirty and unhygienic. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
Service is not up to the mark. We ordered signature tiffin but we didn't receive all the item listed. Gravy is not cooked well. They served previous day gravy
Today, I had lunch at Arasu Chettinad Hotel, and it was a bad experience, especially the buffet. The restroom was dirty, the food was not good, and it seemed to have too much baking soda in it. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If anything happens to me I'll update.
